Stained Glass is made with 60/40 Tin and Lead, washing hands after handling is recommend.

*Use a nail or screw to hang, NEVER a suction cup!

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations:
* This art is handmade and has imperfections that are unavoidable. Any damages made during production (such as heat cracks, glass chipped or mirror imperfections) will be noted and discounted according.

* If a piece arrives cracked or broken without being previously marked/discounted according, contact Rye’s Glass and you can either have the piece replaced or full payment refund, after the damaged piece is returned.

* You may cancel an order at all time before item is shipped for a full refund. Once item is shipped you may request a refund but item must be returned to Rye’s Glass before so. Be sure to ship items in similar packaging as it arrived, if items are returned damaged in anyway the % of the refund will be based on the damage done.

* I do not cover the cost of shipping on returns or damaged pieces, only if I made a shipping error. I do cover the cost of shipping when returning pieces after repairs or shipping replacement for a returned damaged item.
